Horrified by Eczema

Image
Do you know what is Eczema? Alot of people tell me that, it is dry skin. Well...It isn't just Dry Skin, it is a painful chronic skin rash that causes a constant state of dryness, itching and inflammation. From your face to your feet, the extreme dryness causes discomfort and cracking with even the smallest movements. Chronic scratching of this itchy rash causes the skin to thicken, leaving it with a leathery texture or even scars. This is atopic dermatitis - a common form of eczema. Environmental changes have been identified by local experts as one of the main culprits behind the increasing number of eczema cases in Singapore over the years. Photo: Thinkstock Source: www.todayonline.com Eczema affects 30 million people in the U.S, and in Singapore, about 1 out of 10 adults suffers from this form of eczema. From the article in todayonline.com , Eczema is the top skin condition seen at NSC, which attends to 15,000 of such cases every year. Eczema isn't just inconven

7Knights - Defensive Hero Monday

Image
I had complained to my girlfriend about having little choices for defensive heroes to advance as we will get at 4 Star defensive element every monday. And that today I actually had 4 4Star Elements which I had advanced 2 of them into 5Star defensive element in order to Level Up Lee Jung from 5Star to 6Star. The Main reason for levelling up Lee Jung is because there is a lot of changes in the meta game since the release of Wind God Giparang. After looking around the net for theory crafting for this particular character, i noticed that quite a lot of people in the arena had replaced Black Rose with Giparang. The main idea is that both of them had nearly the same stats and Giparang's skills takes out 2 Strikes of Damage Immune Shields instead of 1. With Speed at 30, he is usually going to go earlier then Lu Bu with Speed 20, and just after Bi Dam with Speed 30. So...back to defensive heroes, the reason why Lee Jung gets the pick is because of his Passive Skill.

Crazy over Seven Knights

Image
Thanks to my girlfriend, I had dropped into paying for a game once again, and this time round, it is game from Netmarble Nexus, named Seven Knights. You can find out more about the story from their main site http://sevenknights.netmarble.com Anyway I had entered the game close to a month now and this is my review of the game so far 1) Visually Stunning The game had me captivated with their visuals, the animations from all characters are unique and trust me, even the monster skills are good. The colourful visuals from all the effects had me glued to the screen even during farming. Kudos to all the character designers to bring even the SanGuo Characters to life, they look terribly good! 2) Fast Character Progression The game capped the character levels at 30 before equipments and transcending started to bring the character to other levels of power. In other games, we crawl in pain trying to bring the character to max level and then painfully farm for the item

Green Based Devotion Deck

I had always enjoyed Standard and in this time M15 that is released marks one of the best core sets that we have seen since perhaps M11 or M12. I had fond memories of the previous sets as the printing of the Titan cycles that sees alot of decks going high up the mana curves to play the Titans. I know that I am fond of the green color side of Magic ever since quite a while ago which most of my competitive decks starts from well Green. This time round I had designed another deck that perhaps alot of people had seen already and after piloting it I had brought it to some form of success which nets me some promo foils for FNM. Why I had the idea to make this deck? It comes from actually one card. And that is... So anyone do not understand? That means if we have devotion (number of mana symbols of the permanents we control) we can do well wonders! I was thinking about that for a while and I wanted to do a few things with the mana with some green cards that I have in my collec

My Step into Modern in 2014

Image
After missing from my blog for a while.....an update will be.....I had started Modern format in Magic: The Gathering The step into modern is not easy as it requires.. Good Skills to anticipate and also to understand and predetermine opponent strategies from a vast amount of cards. (From 8th edition until the newest set in Standard Source : http://archive.wizards.com/Magic/tcg/resources.aspx?x=judge/resources/sfrmodern ). If you followed me correctly that is a whopping 8383 (Correct as time of posting) legal cards!! To start off I had bought the event modern deck for well $100 (I had trusted that the price is a pre-order price) and nevertheless it dropped to $75 in games haven after that which well I had to blame myself for jumping in too soon. However for such packs you don't really know if the price is going to go straight down or jumps up, but i'm happy to get a copy. It had cards like Elspeth Knight-Errant and Sword of Feast of Famine which I don't m
