I went to have fun during my weekends and I almost didn't want to finish up my work. Well lol. I got myself a wonderful dinner on friday with one of my more looked up person named Richard. Richard is a full-time real estate agent. His experience and knowledge are so deep that when you talk to him, all confidence will dissolve without a trace. I enjoyed my conversations with him, and through this particular conversation i learned alot without knowing. We talk about sales, the way to talk to people, and also some management tricks. He thought that, when you wanted someone to have a particular feeling to you, you must feel the same towards that someone. Meaning if you want a person to respect you, you must first respect him. Although I always thought that I knew that, but I really never do it.
